Mark Breen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Development & Investments, Inc. He has worked in the real estate industry since 1978 and has been the developer and owner of affordable multi-family properties since 1986. Mark was the 2011 recipient of the Greater Phoenix Urban League’s Whitney M. Young Jr. Individual Award in Excellence and is active in philanthropic efforts in the greater Phoenix and greater Hartford communities. |

Jessica B. Raymond
Executive Vice President
Jessica Raymond is the Executive Vice President of Atlantic Development & Investments, Inc. where her work focuses on originations and successfully seeing projects through to 8609. Jessica holds a PhD in Social Policy from Trinity College Dublin and is a National Association of Homebuilder’s Housing Credit Certified Professional. Her academic background and social justice values inform her "financial feminist" approach to affordable real estate development. Jessica is a mission-driven developer and was a 2022 Greater Phoenix Chamber Athena Award nominee. |
