History

Among its founding principles, our nation is predicated on the belief that every American deserves a comfortable place to call home. Since 1978, Mark D. Breen,  founder of Atlantic Development & Investments, Inc., has worked hard to make high quality, affordable, home communities a reality.

Today, Atlantic Development & Investments Inc. is one of the nation's most successful developers of affordable housing communities and has been a leader in the development of approximately 3,000 LIHTC units in Arizona.  Many of these units were acquired after other applicants received tax credit reservations or carryover allocations, but were unable to successfully navigate through the turbulent financial and regulatory waters of tax credit development.
