2023

Camp Verde housing projects receive federal tax credits: The Arizona Department of Housing announced on Thursday, June 1, that it has allocated all of its annual $22 million share of 2024 federal low-income housing tax credits to fund 15 affordable housing developments throughout the state, which will build 1,049 new housing units at a total project cost of $34.6 million.

Yavapai County Opportunity Zone site sells; build-to-rent community planned: Camp Verde Land Holdings III, LLC (an affiliate of Atlantic Development), a developer of rental and affordable housing, purchased 26.63 acres in the Yavapai County Opportunity Zone, with plans for a build-for-rent community and a commercial component.

Phoenix Subcommittee Recommends 8 Affordable Housing Projects: Eight new multifamily developments totaling 611 units were recommended for Phoenix City Council funding approval under the federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program by the Council's Economic Development and Equity Subcommittee in its meeting Wednesday morning.
